At Forma Tu Cuerpo our return policy offers a one-time size exchange (exchanges not refunds). Please note that the sash must be in perfect condition with labels and original packaging, otherwise we cannot make the exchange. You have 30 days after your purchase to make the size change.

Please include a copy of the order, $10 in Cash and a note letting us know what size you want. If you need help with the size, send us your waist and hip measurements. Please send us the Tracking Number.
Upon receiving the girdle, a quality control will be carried out that may take 5 to 8 business days after receiving the girdle for the new size to arrive.
The girdle cannot be in usable condition or look used, dirty or with stains of any kind. These conditions will make the change not possible.

Lost packages must be reported within 3 calendar days of being marked "delivered" by the carrier.
FTC will begin an investigation with the carrier.
There will be no refunds issued on lost packages.
